Annotation of Project Summary
This task is to make a 2-3 minutes video in the context of memory. As instructed, the theme is to be based on Time.
Synopsis
This is a film that looked at the evolution of the mobile phone device known as a ‘medium’ The time traveller. Over the last two decades, the mobile phone as a communicative device has developed in format, shape, size, colour, functionality, features and lot more. This production explored a narrative voice over silhouette technique to deliver the concept.

Written Evaluation
Reflecting on the pre-production of the project I manage to meet attendance targeted. Overall the effort put into the project even as it was just two of us was overwhelming, as I was aware of limited timing each target set was accomplished in due time.
I carefully scan and scheme through all requirements which was carried without hesitation but with attention to detailing.According to my role from pre-production I cam up with the idea of mobile phone evolution and also prepared powerpoint ready for presentation. In addition to this the documentary was also scripted by me with a precise responsibility, during this process,i put my creativity into action in order to elaborate on a clearer vision.
The time spent in discussing on how to make the video interesting and attentively to the audience was accurately managed. As it was only me and Mr Joseph in the team, I had no choice but to encourage and motivate myself which allowed me to come up with possible solutions during production incase of any obstructions i.e. All set targets and time that things need to be done in order to come up with best shut in short time.
As of interaction i was able to communicate effectively which enabled us to outline every stages of production. The methods utilised was emails,text messages and catch up calls when necessary. In this way I was able to conclude on progression and validates any necessary requirements.Therefore; its made our aims and objectives realistically reachable however, if this was taking for granted without effective communication; I would have lost or fall behind set times a result getting work done before the due date would have been impossible.
Towards the completion of my individual task all relevant information for the documentary was considered ethically in order to avoid copy right issues.Therefore I carefully examine the internet to find out what needs to be done before it can be uploaded.The video was produce to the best of our ability however, I still need to improve on getting use to Final Cut pro software so that producing future project would be interesting rather than struggling with editing.
In conclusion my experience working as a team player has given me the opportunity to work with a flexible approach and it enabled me utilised my listening skills and attention to detailing as when required.
